杨本芹,昆明理工大学教授、博导、高层次引进人才,云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才,中国农工民主党云南省第八届委员会环境与资源工作委员会委员。主要围绕微生物技术(生物蒸发、短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化、生物干化、生物发酵等)对垃圾渗滤液及浓缩液、城市污泥、餐厨垃圾、畜禽粪便等进行生物过程稳定化、资源化和无害化处理,实现有机废水和有机固体废物处理的示范应用和工程实践。
