潘学军,1970年生,博士,二级教授,博士生导师,云南省新污染物协同治理及风险防控重点实验室云南省新污染物防治工程研究中心主任,云南省新污染物防治创新团队负责人,云南省高校水污染控制技术及应用工程研究中心主任,现任昆明理工大学党委常委、副校长,曾任科学技术院院长兼先进技术融合创新办公室主任,环境科学与工程学院党委书记、副院长。中国环境科学学会水处理与回用专业委员会常务委员、持久性有机污染物专业委员会委员,《环境化学》、《土木与环境工程学报》编委,云南省首届百名海外引进人才(云岭学者)、云南省兴滇英才支持计划产业创新人才,云南省中青年学术和技术带头人,云南省环境标准化技术委员会委员,云南省土木建筑学会市政工程专业委员会副主任委员,云南省第二次全国污染源普查专家咨询委员会主任委员。

20065月从美国国家环保局(USEPA)回昆明工作,2006年入选云南省政府高层次引进人才。在国内外公开发表论文290篇,其中第一作者和通迅作者184篇,201篇被SCI收录,其中中科院分区:167篇,二区59篇,总影响因子1273,被SCI期刊总计引用6157次(他引总计5647次),其中单篇引用高达418次,H因子55EI收录36篇,B类核心53篇。授权发明专利33项,实用新型专利7项。主持了11项国家级、15项省部级科研项目。滇池典型环境内分泌干扰物的污染特征与生物效应研究2017年云南省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第一);纳米材料可控设计及有毒污染物去除机制2020年云南省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第四);从碱性氰化液中萃取金的研究1997年云南省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第三)。
